Villa de la Roca is a very stylish, comfortable and newly built, detached house. It is located in Puntillo del Sol in La Matanza, only a few minutes from Puerto de la Cruz.
This is the sunniest area of the north.
The villa offers stunning views to the Atlantic, the coast line and Mount Teide, and is surrounded by a garden with a private pool.
The large lounge/diningroom (55 m2) is beautifully furnished and offers a TV, a piano, a stereo HiFi unit with classic CDs and an open fireplace.
The large modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with:

A broad staircase leads downstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom (22 m2) has a bed of 2 m x 2 m and a a large bathroom with shower/WC next door.

The villa has just been newly built and was designed by an artist. The architecture and decoration are perfect and performed with a lot of know how and love for the detail. The house is lying on the hillside in a quiet private street.
There are spectacular views from the 4.000 m2 gardens to the "Cañadas" up to Mount Teide, to Puerto de la Cruz and along the entire north coast.
The heated pool is secluded and has a size of 8 x 4 m, it lies next to the lawn, terraces and BBQ.
From several terraces with dream views you can watch the sun rise and the sun set, the area is one of the sunniest of the north.
