Salsa Mojo Picante
Salsa Mojo.
There are two basic types, red and green. The red one is the Salsa Mojo Picante and goes well with the potatoes while the green goes very well with fish. Both are made with vinegar, a lot of garlic and oil. Following please find the parts for the Mojo Picante. Try and enjoy it.




200 grams light olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice, dash of
Vinegar, dash of
4 Fresh hot chillies
1 tablespoon ground chillies
Water

Put oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, coriander, garlic and chillies in a liquidiser. Liquidise add a little water if too thick. Blend to taste adding more ingredients where necessary. Can be served with crusty bread, salad and grilled meats.
