Challenge the taxman
Here’s a piece of Spanish taxation law that certainly needs challenging in my view. It concerns property transfer tax or Impuesto sobre Trasmisiones Jurídicos.
Did you know that if you sell a property in the Canary Islands, the taxman can come back to you months or years later saying you did not sell it for the amount you have declared and slap a fine on you?
