Davis Cup anger The revelation that Spain has already chosen the venue for the Davis Cup semi-final against the United States has angered the authorities in Tenerife.

Spain's Davis Cup captain Emilio Sánchez-Vicario, who has tennis interests in Tenerife, is believed to have threatened to resign over the promise.
