Las Palmas - 01.07.2008 - The London-born singer who shot to fame in the late 70s is the main attraction of the big-budget Music Festival organised in the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium on the seafront, particularly after Marianne Faithful was forced to pull out weeks ago due to ill health. Costello, accompanied by his new band the Imposters, is on a European tour and the Las Palmas gigs are his only concerts in Spain.
