Lanzarote - 22.07.2008 - Charles Coray, his wife and daughter thought they were heading to the Canaries for an all-inclusive holiday but ended up in Turkey instead after ground staff at Cardiff Airport gave them boarding cards for Bodrum instead of Arrecife. They only realised the mistake after cabin crew on the First Choice flight welcomed passengers to Turkey at 6.30 in the morning. The furious family were flown back to Cardiff on the same plane and have been offered a holiday in Ibiza. First Choice say a check-in employee has been suspended over the mix-up.
