Las Palmas - 23.07.2008 - The 7-year-old, of Moroccan origin, was discovered floating in the water late in the evening. His family accused the police and lifeguards of failing to act on their report that he had disappeared several hours earlier. However, the claims have been strongly denied by the authorities, who say that the appropriate steps were taken to locate the youngster as soon as the information was received.
