Playa de las Américas - 03.09.2008 - The men, two Moldovans and a Russian in their 20s and resident in Granadilla, were detained after being spotted with four wheels in their possession. The wheels had been taken off two cars in Playa de Las Américas and police are investigating whether the trio have been carrying out the thefts to order.
