more details
Tenerife - 04.09.2008 - The shop, in the Bahía del Duque Hotel, was robbed last night at around 10.00pm by a man wearing a wig and brandishing a pistol. A police cordon was set up around the hotel for several hours late into the night in a bid to locate the raider who did not leave by the main entrance. It is not known how much was taken in the robbery. Staff say they are sure the man did not enter the hotel just before the robbery took place and may have spent several hours there pretending to be a guest.
