Gran Canaria - 05.09.2008 - At a press conference in Las Palmas, representatives of the firm Ribbeck Law, which says it is highly experienced in aviation disasters, explained that an initial action has already been launched against Boeing in Cook County in Illinois on behalf of a small number of families. Ribbeck believe Boeing, the owners of McDonnell Douglas, should disclose publicly all information relating to the maintenance problems suffered by the MD-82 model that crashed on take-off in Madrid. Meetings were held with several dozen relatives of victims with a view to launching a bigger action in the United States.
