Puerto Santiago - 03.10.2008 - According to police, the 32-year-old man confessed to starting the early-morning blaze after a series of run-ins over the past few days with other residents in the 50-apartment block. Locals say he was paranoid that he was going to be stabbed in his sleep by his enemies.
