Santa Cruz - 25.11.2008 - The 36-year-old thief, who is well known to local police, took the car as it was parked late at night in the La Salud district of the capital. He was eventually caught after a high-speed chase which ended in the notorious Cuesta Piedra area, but only after a collision with another car caused the stolen Volkswagen to hit a lamp post.
